Born in Philadelphia and a reformed Jew, Mr. Abraham, worked during his lifetime as a Private Investigator, Law Enforcement, the U. S. Marines, Border Patrol, Federal Law Enforcement, Georgia P.O.S. T. Master Instructor, Past President of IPAG & ISPAG, a member of the American Legion, Law Enforcement Reserves & U. S. Federal Background Investigator. Other Organizations he was also a apart of are, NCISS, NALI, GAPPI, SCARS, Sears, GACDI, Alert, & ARC.
