Halley Jenkins, to Owen Carne, eldest son of Mr and Mrs E. C. Candy, Heidelberg rd, Alphington. Rev Leigh Cook officiated. The bride, who was given away by her brother, Mr Stuart Jenkins, and attended by WRAN Patricia Thom and Miss Shirlie Neale, wore a gown of magnolia slipper satin and a Limerick lace veil. Flying-Officer George Dight, DFC, was best man.
