Erected by Catherine McKinven in loving memory of her husband John McMillan who died at Tayinloan 7 November 1909 aged 76 years also their son Duncan who died in infancy. The above Catherine MacKinven who died at Tayinloan 9 February 1916 aged 78 years. Also their daughter Euphemia who died at Campbeltown 27 January 1920 aged 55 years. Also Catherine MacMillan who died at Tayinloan 11 April 1925 in her 3rd year, granddaughter of the above. Also their daughter in law Sarah Huie died at Tayinloan 26 March 1953 aged 71 years her husband John McMillan died 14 February 1968 aged 63 years
